Payments, Cancellations and Refund Policy

Payments

Acceptable modes of payment include cash (in case of physical consultation), major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI and bank transfer. Post payment by user consultation will be given within 48 hours.

Request for consultations can be rejected by us if we find it unethical or unfit. Only in cases where we have declined to provide consultation as stated above money will be refunded to the account from which it was sent.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a report or consultation after making the payment please inform us at on Dearastros1@gmail.com and telephone 9115151167 within 24 hours of making payment and prior to generation of report. Once report has been generated no cancellation or refund is eligible.

Usually it takes 48 – 72 working hours to complete cancellation process, please bear with this unavoidable procedural limitation. Your money, if eligible for refund, will be refunded in time.

Refunds

Cosmic Conscious does not offer any refunds once the consultation is given. If you are not satisfied with the consultation, you may ask the astrologer for further clarification but once the report is delivered no refund request will be entertained.

Once the course fee is paid you may ask for refund within 24 hours prior to allocation of batch thereafter you are not eligible to request refund.
